You can bookmark a message in Pulse that you consider important, so that you can easily find the message later in your activity feed.The following guidance applies to case messages, however, you can communicate in other contexts, such as a team or application. - Open a case:
- Search for the case.
- Click on the case in the worklist or work queue on your dashboard.
- Hover over the message, and then click the Show more icon.
- Click Bookmark.
