The Release Details tab provides visibility of the Master Record ID, release ID, and content owner for each unique piece of content so that authors can easily access the information when needed for auto-grading and RAP mapping (master ID) as well as the need to know who the content stakeholder is, for example.

Adding the content owner

Not to be confused with the content author who creates the content, the content owner is the primary stakeholder who ultimately signs off on the content that the content author creates.

1. To add a content owner, enter either the owner's Pega Academy ID or email address into the Content Owner field.
2. The email address will autopopulate the owner's ID.  Select the ID and click Save.
