Self-Service Advisor has been deprecated

In this release, Self-Service Advisor has been deprecated and the ability to connect to a live chat agent via Self-Service Advisor has been removed

Note:

Self-Service Advisor being deprecated means that it is no longer actively developed and will not receive additional feature functionality in future releases. Pega continues to support it for this release, but the feature will be removed from the application in a future release. The ruleset for this feature is still part of the 8.3 release distribution.

CSInteractionOrganizationSummary section removed

In this release, the CSInteractionOrganizationSummary has been removed from Pega Customer Service. If you have overridden this section in your implementation, you need to make those overrides in the InteractionHeaderCustomerSummaryWrapper.

Pega Customer Service

You must use the Interaction Portal that was introduced in Pega Customer Service 7. CPM/CSR legacy portals are no longer supported and do not function in this version.

Before upgrading to the latest version of Pega Platform, drop triggers because SQL database triggers are no longer supported.
