Testing the installation

Verify the successful completion of the Pega Customer Decision Hub for Communications demo application installation.

  1. Launch the Pega Customer Decision Hub portal.

  2. Click ConfigurationProfile preferences, and then click Manage categories.

  3. Ensure that the list of sample categories is displayed.

  4. Ensure that the Pega Customer Decision Hub for Communications demo customer data is visible in the Pega Next-Best-Action Advisor for Communications:

    • If next best actions and offers are displayed in Pega Next-Best-Action Advisor for Communications, the installation is complete.
    • If next best actions and offers are not displayed in Pega Next-Best-Action Advisor for Communications, install the SampleDB\PegaCRMC_DML.jar file that is available with the Pega Customer Service for Communications build.
