Suggest edit Updated on September 29, 2021

If you patched your system out-of-place, redefine your default schema names. Create binding identifiers to define the default values for the rules schema and the data schema.

  1. In the IBM WebSphere Administrative Console, select Environment > Naming > Name Space Bindings to display the Name space bindings page.
  2. Create the rules schema binding identifier:
    1. For the Scope, select server, and click New.
    2. For the binding type, select String and click Next.
    3. On the Step 2: Specify basic properties screen, enter the following values:
      • Binding identifier: PegaRULESDefaultSchema
      • Name in the name space relative to lookup name prefix: prconfig/database/databases/PegaRULES/defaultSchema
      • String Value: the schema name of your rules schema.
    4. Click Next.
    5. On the Summary panel, click Finish.
    6. Click Save in the Messages box at the top of the Name Space Bindings screen.
  3. Click Save in the Messages box at the top of the Name Space Bindings screen.
