Using the Service Wizard

Updated on September 10, 2021

Introduction

The Service Wizard uses a flow to guide you through the process of creating a service. Because the wizard uses a flow, the data you enter is stored as a work object.

If you stop working on the service before it is finished — perhaps you need additional information before you can continue, for example — the work object stores the information you have already entered. The work object stays in your workbasket until you finish it. When you complete the work object, the Service Wizard creates the rules and data objects necessary for a service of that type.
