Before using Pega 1:1 Operations Manager, make sure to complete all required tasks described in the Pega 1:1 Operations Manager.

• Selecting the default action flow for actions created from Pega 1:1 Operations Manager change requests
• Enabling revision settings
• Selecting the properties used in compliance audits
• Enabling peer review
