Use this feature if you need to close the current revision quicker than anticipated and remove any work-in-progress change requests. If your change request in no longer needed in the current revision, you can remove it and it will remain in the system in Resolved-Withdrawn status. You can discard the changes made by the change request that are no longer needed or relevant. You can withdraw standard change requests (CR) and operations change requests (OpsCR).

1. Withdraw the change request:

   Choices	Actions
   Using 1:1 Operations Manager	Log in to Pega 1:1 Operations Manager. In the left navigation pane, click Change Requests. Open the required change request. Click ActionsWithdraw. Confirm the withdrawal by clicking Yes button in the Withdraw change request window.
   Using Revision Management landing page	Log in to Pega 1:1 Operations Manager as the Revision Manager. Go to Revision Management and click the name of Current revision. In the Change requests within this revision table, click the More iconWithdraw next to the change request that you want to withdraw. Confirm the withdrawal by clicking Yes button in the Withdraw change request window.

   A withdrawn change request moves into Resolved-Withdrawn status. The changes in the application are reverted by the system to the original status, and newly created artifacts are deleted.

   As a Revision Manager, you also can withdraw a Resolved-Completed change request.

   Note: When you try to withdraw a change request, you might receive the following message: This action is not allowed as 'CR-123 - Xyz' has dependency on 'CR-789 - Abc'. If you want to withdraw 'CR-123 - Xyz' first withdraw 'CR-789 - Abc.' If you receive this message, follow the instructions, and then withdraw the dependent change request.
