Configuring switch capabilities

Pega Call allows you to configure the behavior of the telephony environment (stateful telephony) and the login screen to match that of your telephony switch (PBX).

To view and configure the switch capabilities, perform the following steps:
  1. In the header of Dev Studio, click ConfigureChannel ServicesPega CallAdministration & Configuration.
  2. Click ActionsEdit to open the CTI Link. The rule form for that CTI Link appears.
  3. To view and configure, click the Switch Capabilities tab.
  4. To save any changes, click Save.
