To enable call object purging, enable the agent rule and set the scheduled activity interval.
- In the navigation panel of Dev Studio, click Records.
- Click .
- To enable call object purging, select and click the CTI Link with Amazon Connect(API based) agents rule (in the Pega-CTI ruleset).
- In the Agent-Wide Settings section, enter the Interval to a value (in seconds) that is lower than the configured age. Older call objects will be deleted each time the agent executes.
