Enabling call object purging

To enable call object purging, enable the agent rule and set the scheduled activity interval.

  1. In the navigation panel of Dev Studio, click Records.
  2. Click SysAdminAgents.
  3. To enable call object purging, select and click the CTI Link with Amazon Connect(API based) agents rule (in the Pega-CTI ruleset).
  4. In the Agent-Wide Settings section, enter the Interval to a value (in seconds) that is lower than the configured age. Older call objects will be deleted each time the agent executes.
