Login screen customization

CSRs must log in to Pega Call to receive ScreenPops and control their telephones through their desktops.

Pega Call provides a login screen in the section ChannelServices-Device-Phone-UI • StatefulSoftphoneLoginScreen.

The Activity ChannelServices-Device-Phone-UI • DisplayLoginScreen is used to launch the login UI. You can customize the login screen and the login process by modifying these rules.
