Reviewing and editing the Agent rule

To review and edit the Agent rule perform the following steps:

  1. In the Explorer panel, click Records.
  2. Click SysAdminAgents.
  3. To view a specific rule, select and click the Pega Call agents rule (in the Pega-CTI ruleset).
  4. To make changes, select and click the agent schedule rule that the agent rule generates and edit. You must edit an agent schedule rule for each node in a multi-node Pega Platform system.
