This section describes the components that are required for a Pega Call installation.

Pega Call CTI Link for Five9 Softphone

Because the embedded CTI link is an integration with a third-party service, you must have access to Five9 Softphone. Complete all required Five9 Softphone configuration before creating an embedded Five9 Softphone CTI link in Pega Call.

Note: You must allow list the Pega Application Server in Five9 Softphone. For more information see Five9documentation that is available online.

Access settings for Pega Call rules and custom rulesets

If you use Pega Call with Pega Customer Service, the default application and access groups provided with Pega Customer Service include Pega Call capabilities.
