Pega Care Management Microjourneys

Updated on May 12, 2021

A Microjourney depicts a set of interactions between your stakeholders and your organization while going through a business process, such as hiring a job candidate. It represents a unit of work that results in a particular outcome, for example, reviewing a job application. For improved planning and development of your Microjourney, Pega Platform employs the Pega Express Delivery approach that enhances the experience of building your applications and delivering your projects. To deliver results of the highest quality, divide your journey into smaller units that you can adjust to your customers' requirements. A Microjourney has the following elements as its foundation:

Case types
Visualize the path of your business processes
Personas
Represent the people that are involved in your processes and the channels that they use to interact with a case
Data
Required by your processes to reach a resolution

Pega Care Management provides a number of out-of-the-box Microjourneys.
