Accessing your environment
When your Pega Cloud environment is ready, you receive one or more New System Release Notification emails with information about your system. These emails provide you with the details needed to gain access, such as the different types of build environments, where they're located, and the credentials you use. Use this information to help you gain access to your Pega Cloud environment.
Emails include details about the installed software and access. However, to provide appropriate security, you will receive a separate email from Pega Sharefile. This email includes instructions on how to download credentials in a secure manner.
Pega Cloud Services URLs
The URL designation for each system follows a standard assignment. For example:
https://<company designation>-<project designation>-<system/server designation>.pegacloud.net/prweb<Company designation> is the short name for your company. For example, ABC Company has the designation abc.
The <Project designation> is the project where your company will use this application. ABC Bank might have a credit card, or ccard project.
System/server designation specifies the system or server that is being accessed. Some standard examples include the following environments:

If your system includes the Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) Service, you also receive URLs for that service. For more information about SFTP, see Using Pega Cloud SFTP service.
Example Production Environment email information
An example email for “ABC Company” is shown below, with URLs that contain the company designation of “abc”:

Deployment Manager is an optional environment available free of charge; it is used exclusively to run your DevOps initiatives. Deployment Manager fully automates CICD workflows, including branch merging, application package generation, artifact management and package promotion, to different stages in the workflow. Agile Studio is another optional environment available free of charge, which enables your application development teams and your stakeholders to execute your projects using the industry best practice Scrum methodology. Credential Information
Credentials are provided in a series of text files, and are sent separately from the Welcome email information for the greatest security. The following are examples for ABC company, with their credit card project, ccard.
Each file also includes a login to the ELK/Kibana server. Pega Cloud gives you the capability to view your server logs for analysis and tracking purposes. This service is built on the Kibana platform, which provides tools for searching and organizing the data.
