Adopting Pega Sales Automation for Financial Services 8.6 features

After Pega updates your application to 8.6, use the following table to identify the tasks that you must complete to prepare your environment to support Pega Sales Automation for Financial Services 8.6.

Pega CRM for Financial Services 8.6 Feature Adoption for Pega Cloud

If updating from version 8.4 or later (a minor update), the update process requires no downtime. For additional information, see Understanding Pega Infinity upgrades for Pega Cloud Services.

If updating from version:Complete these tasks:

  1. Optional: Updating your built-on application

    If you are using the PegaSAFSCosmos 8 built-on application version, then no changes are needed. If you are using the PegaSAFS 8 version and plan to update to the Cosmos-based version, update your built-on application.
