Updating legacy Pega Customer Service portals

Important! Legacy portals do not work in version 7.21 and later of Pega Customer Service! If updating from version 7.1.4 or earlier of Pega Customer Service for Healthcare, you must update your access groups to use supported portals as part of the update.

The following table shows which portals are supported for each application version.
