Optional: Adding the PegaCSHC-Cases-CME ruleset for DX API customizations

To embed Pega Customer Service for Healthcare out-of-the-box Claims Inquiry Microjourney and Patient Assistance Microjourney in an external-CSR desktop, add the PegaCSHC-Cases-CME ruleset to your application stack.

  1. In the header of Dev Studio, click ConfigureApplicationDefinition.
  2. On the Edit Application page, in the Application rulesets section, click the Add rulesets icon.
  3. In the empty row, click and enter PegaCSHC-Cases-CME.
  4. Click Save when you are finished.
