Updated on December 10, 2021

This content applies only to Pega Cloud environments

To make a property available for use in an engagement policy, define it as a Relevant Record for your primary context class, which by default is your Customer class.

Pega Customer Decision Hub Update Guide

You can define relevant records for your engagement policies at any point after you upgrade to Pega Customer Decision Hub 8.6. Engagement policies specify the conditions under which an action or group of actions is eligible for a customer. For more information, see the Pega Customer Decision Hub User Guide on the Pega Customer Decision Hub product page.

  1. Log in to your application as a user with the administrator privileges.
  2. Click ConfigureApplicationInventoryRelevant Records.
  3. Specify your customer class and click Add records.
  4. Add all properties which should be available for use as eligibility criteria.
