Pega Customer Decision Hub for Communications 8.5 Release Notes

Pega Customer Decision Hub for Communications 8.5 provides a number of enhancements to the application, including, but not limited to, data model components and templates for easier implementation and enhanced Next-Best-Action Designer capabilities.

By leveraging the capabilities of Pega Next-Best-Action Advisor (customer engagement) and Pega Customer Decision Hub (customer insight), Pega Customer Decision Hub for Communications provides omni-channel conversations with customers and prospects by maintaining the same context.

Pega Customer Decision Hub for Communications employs AI capabilities to provide intuitive conversations and relevant offers to the customers. Along with Customer Service for Communications and Sales Automation for Communications, Pega Customer Decision Hub for Communications provides a truly consistent user experience and higher profitability for organizations.
