Configuring the Next-Best-Action Designer

Note: Skip this procedure if you defined the Next-Best-Action Designer configuration for your industry when running the Pega Customer Decision Hub setup wizard.

Define a standard Next-Best-Action Designer configuration for your industry by using a Pega-provided best practice template.

  1. Go to the Pega Marketplace and download the Next-Best-Action Designer template for your industry.
    You can also use your own template.
  2. Install the template by following the instructions that are provided with it.
