Capturing clicks on the click-through URL
The CaptureClickThrough API is part of the Container REST services. The API provides the ability to easily capture a Clicked outcome for an action returned by the Container service, and redirect the customer to the web page as defined on the action ruleform.

The ClickThroughURL is part of the response payload for the Container API and can be set on the event listener for the next-best-action as displayed on the web page. The ClickThroughURL property contains the URL with encoded properties such as issue, group, name, direction and channel, for example:
