Optional Pega Customer Decision Hub agents are those that are not tied to core functionality and may not be utilized in some installations. Typically, these agents perform channel-specific functionality such as Email, SMS, and Push Notification. Administrators should be aware of the functionality being used by their application, so they can better assess the true impact of failures in these agents.
