Adding new case types

If you require a new case type to meet your business needs, create one by using a case type template. Alternatively, if none of the templates meet your needs, you can create a new case type without a template.

Note: A new case type will inherit the default work pool class of the current operator's default access group. For information, see Assigning work pools to an access group.
