Modifying the Create complaint in ext app setting

You modify the Create complaint in ext app setting to control the decision shape in the CreateAppeal flow.

Pega Customer Service Implementation Guide
  1. In the left pane of App Studio, click SettingsConfigurations.
  2. On the Configurations page, in the Application integration settings configuration set, select Create complaint in ext app.
  3. At the end of the row, click the Edit this setting icon.
  4. In the Configure setting dialog box, in the Default value field of Constant, click the drop-down list at the right and select a value.
  5. Click Submit.
