Suggest edit Updated on May 18, 2021

Perform the following steps to display the canceled work orders in the Dispatcher portal. In the Dispatcher portal, a dispatcher can cancel a scheduled work order if, for example, the customer no longer wants the work to be performed.

  1. In the navigation pane of Dev Studio, click RecordsData ModelData Page.

  2. Select the D_FSM_CancelledWorkOrders data page with the class PegaFSM-Work-FieldServiceWorkOrder.

  3. On the Data Sources tab, open the FetchCancelledWorkOrders report definition, the data source for this data page.

  4. On the Data Access tab, in the Class joins section, change the Class Name of the Service class from PegaFSM-Work-Service to the implementation service class.

  5. Perform the following tasks to optimize the properties in the report for implementation class:

    1. In the navigation pane of Dev Studio, click RecordsData ModelProperty.

    2. In the search box, search for and open the property you want to optimize.

    3. Click ActionsOptimize for reporting.

    4. Select the class for which the property needs to be optimized and click Next.

    5. Review the selected class details and click Next.

    6. Click Finish.

  6. Click Save as.

  7. Click Save as to save the data page into the implementation work order class group.

  8. Save the rule in the implementation work order class group.

  9. On the Data page definition tab, change the Object type in the data page to implementation work order class group.

  10. On the Data Sources tab, change the data source in the data page to this new report definition.
