Creating an issue category

Issue categories are a grouping of related issues that a customer might encounter. An issue category can have one or more associated sub-categories that further organize the category.

  1. In the Pega Field Service Admin portal, click IssuesIssue categoriesCreate new.

  2. In the Create issue category window, enter an issue category name and a description.

    For example: Fit and finish
  3. Select subcategories.

    For example: Cladding falling off, Glass insert squeeze out issue, Broken insert frame.
  4. Click Create.
