Filtering the work order view on the Pega Field Service Dispatcher portal timeline

As a dispatcher, in the Pega Field Service Dispatcher portal, you can filter the timeline by specific work order status and service territory.

  • To apply any saved filter, in the Selected filter list, select an existing saved filter.

By applying the specific saved filter, only the work orders and route schedules (dispatched and undispatched) of the configured service territories within the filter, are visible on the Pega Field Service Dispatcher portal.
