Creating a fulfillment plan

Create a fulfillment plan for the product order by completing the following steps:

  1. On the Dev Studio home page, in the Technical Catalog section, click Manage Plans.

  2. Click Create New Fulfillment Plan.

  3. Enter the Name and complete the fields under the Fulfillment Criteria section. Click Next.

  4. Select a case name and add any service orders in the corresponding fields. Click Next.

  5. If a service order has been added, add any service order dependencies and then click Next.

  6. If a service order has been added, add PONR points and then click Next.

  7. Review the details. If all details are correct, click Finish.
