The SPU engine considers for update only those cases that are marked as in-flight. It is important for each application to define the criteria that qualifies a KYC case to be an in-flight case. The KYC engine comes with basic criteria based on the status of the case. If you need changes to that criteria, you can extend the Work- MapStatusWorkToKYCCaseStatus decision table. This decision table must be configured to return “Inflight” when the KYC case meets the specified criteria.

1. In the header of Dev Studio, search text field, enter Work- MapStatusWorkToKYCCaseStatus and select the decision table.
2. Define the criteria that qualifies a KYC case to be an in-flight case.
