Managing customer data for regulatory compliance with GDPR and other regulations

Suggest edit Updated on September 20, 2021

Regulations, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), might require you to perform specific actions on customer data, including personal information, decision results, and interaction history, when the customer requests it. For example, you might need to provide your customer with all of the information that you collected about them, or delete information about them from your System of Record. The following articles describe how you can comply with these regulations and retrieve or erase the data of your customers, if required.
