Diagnosing issues in the digital message signing feature in Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud

To ensure the continuity of your data protection, Pega Platform™ provides a troubleshooting tool that identifies issues with digital message signing. You can quickly test your configuration, verify the public keys, and confirm whether Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud™ (PDC) can validate digital signatures.

The troubleshooting tool can diagnose issues in the following areas:

  • Message signature generation
    For example, lack of the keystore file, which could have been deleted.
  • Endpoint connection
    For example, network connection issues.
  • Signature verification
    For example, lack of headers in the messages that PDC receives.

Before you begin

Make sure that you are using the correct SOAP URL to connect to PDC.

Running the troubleshooting tool

To diagnose issues connected to the digital message signing feature, complete the following steps:

  1. In the header of Dev Studio, select Configure > System > Settings > Predictive Diagnostic Cloud.
  2. On the System: Predictive Diagnostic Cloud tab, under the Message signing section, click Run troubleshooting.
  3. Check the results in the Troubleshoot message signing pop-up window.
