How to start using Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud

Suggest edit Updated on January 19, 2022

Your Pega license includes Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud (PDC) by default. Your own PDC instance comes preconfigured with your Pega Platform™ package along with your exclusive virtual user account, called a tenant. Your applications that are a part of Pega Cloud are also already configured to send data to PDC.

To access PDC, perform the following steps:

  1. Go to My Support Portal.
  2. Navigate to the support quick links section, and then click Access Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud.
Note: To access PDC, you need a Pega Community account affiliated with your tenant. If you have the account but cannot access PDC, contact your system administrator. For more information, see Logging in to PDC.

If you use PDC on the premises, see How to configure PDC to monitor you applications and Configuring on-premises systems for monitoring with PDC.
