Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud™ (PDC) provides usage statistics for Pega Customer Decision Hub™ through several metric categories.
PDC supports the following categories:
- Decisions: monitors the usage of real-time and batch decisions.
- Events: monitors the usage of stream events.
- Data Processing: monitors the usage of batch, real-time, and stream data loads and data flows.
- Audiences: monitors customer and prospect counts.
- Channels: monitors the usage of emails, messages, paid media, and push notifications.
- Storage: monitors the usage of Cassandra, S3, and IH_Fact storage space.
- Other Statistics: monitors context data loads, and strategy and capture responses.
