Configuring reporting in Pega Robot Manager

Reporting in Pega Robot Manager uses Elasticsearch to process reports faster, providing you with up-to-date data whenever you open a report.

To facilitate reporting in your application, set a dedicated Search or Universal node for quicker indexing of records from the Pega database to the Elasticsearch data store. Then, enable collecting Pega Robot Runtime data in Robot Manager. What to do next: Enable reporting on robot performance by completing the following tasks:
  1. Setting up Pega Platform to use reports in Pega Robot Manager

    During the installation of Pega Robot Manager, the required Robot Manager configurations are turned on by default. As a system administrator, review the settings to ensure that your application is optimized for Elasticsearch reporting.

  2. Enabling the collection of Pega Robot Runtime data for reporting

    Collect the health and usage statistics for Pega Robot Runtime to create meaningful reports that help you understand the performance of your robotic workforce.
