Build your precise corporate hierarchy by adding departments manually.

  1. In the navigation pane of Pega Robot Manager, click OrganizationDepartments.
  2. Click ActionsAdd department.
  3. Select the parent level to which the department belongs.
  4. Provide the department details, and then click Submit.
