Downloading robot activity logs

Suggest edit Updated on October 7, 2021

Identify the causes of automation failures by checking robot activity logs. At the time of a failure, Pega Robot Runtime creates a robot activity log that you can download from Pega Robot Manager in a .zip file.

Before you begin:
  1. In the navigation pane of Pega Robot Manager, click Unattended RPAIssues.
  2. On the Failures tab, in the Log file column, click the Download icon for the failed automation that you want to investigate.
  3. Save the .zip file in a convenient location.
  4. View the details of the failure:
    1. Unpack the .zip file.
    2. Drill down to the RobotActivity.txt file and open it in a text editor.
