Pega Customer Service for Insurance data is visible in Pega Sales Automation for Insurance

Pega Customer Service for Insurance data is visible in Pega Sales Automation for Insurance through the Customer profile.

As a sales manager or sales rep, you can view Pega Customer Service for Insurance data (service cases and policies) directly in Pega Sales Automation for Insurance to get a full, unified CRM view on an organization or contact.

In an organization or contact view, use the Customer profile tab to see details of every service activity, such as the type of integration, duration, or participants. You can preview or open each interaction, search for, and filter service activities. You can also initiate the service activities from ContactActionsService requests.

While interacting with customer, service notes posted on customer by CSR in Pega Customer Service for Insurance are also visible in Pega Sales Automation for Insurance.
