For the 8.7 release, there are new and revised AI capabilities.
New and revised AI-based lead ranking capabilities
The Pega Sales Automation application uses decisioning capabilities to provide predictive lead scores for lead ranking. The following capabilities are new in the 8.7 version of Pega Sales Automation:
- Data set for storing predictors value and lead score
- Declare trigger for capturing predictor values and lead scores
- Daily snapshot of leads
- Capture of adaptive model response
The revised capabilities are:
- Historical data
- Adaptive learning

Adaptive models for artificial intelligence
In the current version, the process for activating and training adaptive models for artificial intelligence has been updated. You can now for example enable job schedulers, or follow separate procedures for running data flows for opportunity insights, based on your selling mode. Mobile Next Best Action support
Numerous Next Best Actions (NBAs), insights identified using Pega Customer Decision Hub capabilities, are available in the mobile Pega Sales Automation application. For more information, see Next best actions provided out-of-the-box.
