Pega Sales Automation dashboard widgets (7.4-8.5)

Pega Sales Automation™ applications provide a set of standard dashboard widgets that capture your sales data to give you a real-time view of the state of your business. You can customize dashboards to display the widgets that you need. When customizing dashboards, the widget's window shows a list of widgets with descriptions.

Note: Pega Sales Automation for Financial Services uses the same set of widgets that are described in this article, accept from the Attrition Risk widget introduced in Pega Sales Automation for Financial Services 8.4. For more information, see the Pega Sales Automation 8.4 Release Notes on the Pega Sales Automation for Financial Services Product page.

To personalize dashboards by adding widgets, complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to Pega Sales Automation as a Sales Rep, Sales Ops, or Sales Manager operator.
  2. On the dashboard, in the top-right corner of the screen, click the Personalize the dashboard icon.
  3. In the Edit dashboard pane, in the Widgets section, in any slot, click Add widget(s).
  4. Select a widget and click Add selected to confirm.
  5. Click Publish.
