De-batch flow

  1. The process begins with the intake of claim files which can have one or multiple claims.
  2. The corresponding file listeners pick up the files and run a process which breaks the file into individual claims. The file details (File ID, Name, Total number of claims on the file) are then recorded. Exceptions, if any are found, are logged.
  3. A new work object is created. Exceptions, if any are found, are logged.
  4. New work object is sent to adjudication.
