Roles
The SCE comes packaged with a series of roles that can be used to enable different capabilities across the personas when utilizing the same portal and infrastructure.
The roles utilized in the SCE are Org_Level_1, Org_Level_2 all the way up to Org_Level_5. The mapping and capabilities across each role are detailed below.
Resolution rolesThe table below shows the actions that are available in each of the claims examiner portals based on the role and privilege for claims requiring resolution:
*Note that Force complete is only available in non-production environments.
Review rolesThe table below shows the actions that are available in each of the claims examiner portals based on the role and privilege for claims that have been retrieved for review:
*Note that delete claim is only available in non-production environments.
