Setting up Campaign programs

Suggest edit Updated on November 3, 2020

Pega Warranty lets you define a standard repair as a campaign. You can create a common request program for the campaign to identify the situation where you should make a campaign available for selection during a repair order or claim file submissions.

You can use Pega Warranty to set up a campaign for a product. If you set up a campaign for a product, the campaign is added to the repair order at the time of repair.

To create a campaign and generate a campaign ID, complete the following steps:

  1. Log in as a Pega Warranty administrator using the WarSysAdmin operator ID.
  2. Click Dev Studio > Campaigns > Create Campaign.
  3. Enter the campaign details with information about parts, labor and other miscellaneous cost line items.
  4. Click Submit.

To associate a program with a campaign, complete the following steps:

  2. Click Dev Studio > Common Request Program > Add Program.

    3. Define the particular criteria for the program to start. Configure a qualifier and a value for the selected property type. You can add multiple criteria.
    4. The Equals qualifier only applies to numeric or text values. The EndsWith and StartsWith qualifiers only apply to text values.
