Pega0047 alert: Page copy time is more than loader activity execution time for data page

Suggest edit Updated on January 21, 2022

The PEGA0047 alert is triggered when the time to copy the context pages from the user thread to the background thread exceeds the time to run the loader activity. The alert identifies the data page and the duration, in seconds, of the page copy time versus the loader activity run time.

Example message text

Page copy time [contextPagesCopyTime] s is more than loader activity execution time [+ bgLoadTime] s for data page [page_name] having pzInsKey=[pzInsKey].

Reason for the alert

This alert occurs if the loader activity refers to numerous context pages, while load execution is much faster. Specify the optimal list of context pages that the loader activity uses for execution, or change the definition of the data page to load it synchronously.
