You can create a URL Mappings instance to define simple URLs for the work items in your application, for example, cases, reports, or landing pages. You can use the URLs to bookmark or share your work items with other users of the same application.

1. In the header of Dev Studio, click CreateTechnicalURL Mappings.
2. In the Context section, in the Add to ruleset list, select the name and version of a ruleset to store the URL Mappings rule.
3. Click Create and open to open the URL Mappings rule form.
4. Define URL patterns for your work items
5. Click Save.
