Mapping additional operator information for custom or Kerberos authentication services

Updated on July 1, 2021

In addition to the standard properties that you map for custom or Kerberos authentication, you can map to additional properties in Pega Platform.

  1. Open the service from the navigation panel in Dev Studio by clicking RecordsSysAdminAuthentication Service and choosing a service from the instance list.
  2. Click the Mapping tab.
  3. In the Attribute Name field, enter the name of an attribute used in your authentication process.
  4. In the Property Name field, enter the name of a property to store the attribute value.
You can map to a Single Value or Value List property that holds a text string.
  5. To map additional properties, click the Add item icon and enter their names.
  6. Click Save.
