Configuring an Amazon Web Services authentication profile

Configure an Amazon Web Services (AWS) authentication profile so that messages sent to and from your application use AWS authentication.

You must complete the following task before you can configure an authentication profile: Creating an authentication profile.
  1. Open an authentication profile from the Explorer panel by clicking Records > Security > Authentication Profile and selecting an AWS profile from the instance list.
  2. In the Access key ID field, enter the access key.
  3. In the Secret access key reference field, enter the secret access key.
The value you enter is masked by default. To see the value as you type, select the Provide secret access key by reference in clear text check box.
  4. Click Save.
