Work Groups - Completing the New or Save As form
A work group data instance has a single key part, the work group name.
To create a new work group, select
Work Group from the
Organization category. Enter a work group name:

| Work Group | Enter a name that identifies this work group. Begin the name with a
letter, and use only numbers, letters, ampersands, period characters and the @
character in the name. A work group name may be up to 64 characters long. By convention, work group names end in an organization name, such as [email protected]. |
