Running a PegaUnit test suite

You can run a PegaUnit test suite to validate rule functionality by comparing the expected value to the output of running a rule. Test cases are run in the order in which they appear in the suite.

  1. Click Designer Studio > Application > Automated Testing > Test Suites.

  2. Select the check box for each test suite that you want to run.

  1. Click Run selected. The test cases run, and the Result column is updated with the result, which you can click to open test results.

    You can stop running the test by clicking Stop test execution.

    Note: The test suite still runs even if you close or log out of the Pega Platform, close the Automated Testing landing page, or switch to another Designer Studio tab.
