Publishing a dashboard

After you customize a dashboard, you need to publish it so that it is visible in your application. You can publish a personal or shared dashboard.

1. Configure your dashboard.

2. Publish your dashboard to the intended audience.

   To keep the dashboard personal:

   Click Publish.

   No other user can see your changes.

   To share the dashboard with your team:

   1. Click the Down Arrow from the Publish button.

   2. Click Publish to team.

      This option is available when you are the manager of a team.

   To share the dashboard with all users:

   1. Click the Down Arrow from the Publish button.

   2. Click Publish to default.

      This option is available for developers .

   Note: Your changes are seen only by users who have not yet personalized their dashboard. You cannot use the Publish to default option to globally reset a dashboard for all users in your application.

To undo your changes, click Discard.
